Want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?
During 2017 we launched our new product named Easy, where you as an Onboarding specialist are responsible for the continuous onboarding of new merchants in the Nordic market. The role consist of both daily routine tasks and development of new processes as the product grows. You will be a central part of the communication chain between merchant, sales and our customer service.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
    •    Performing KYC and other risk assessments on merchant applications from Sweden, Denmark and Norway
    •    Create and set up merchants in back-end systems
    •    Monitoring of existing merchants through routine tasks and trigger based events (AML)
    •    Fraud and chargeback handling
    •    Continuous improvement of internal procedures

We believe that your background and professional acumen forms most of your qualifications to succeed in this role. It is also important to us that you are passionate of what you are doing in your daily work and that you take the responsibility of driving things forward to develop both business and yourself.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:
    •     Education within Business Administration and Economics
    •     Minimum 2 years work experience within KYC and risk assessment
    •     Experience within AML
    •     Fluent in Swedish and English
