We are now looking for a Commercial Manager who will be part of the commercial management team and responsible for the commercial delivery of our new solution Easy. Easy simplifies all steps in the payment process for both consumers and merchants. As a consumer, you will be able to pay online with one click regardless of payment method. 

The position requires an analytical mindset, strong project management skills and the ability to execute across different teams spread in several locations.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Your main responsibility is to accelerate the commercial success of Easy and more specifically, you will be responsible for the following on a Nordic level:
  • Develop Go-to-market plans in collaboration with local teams and ensure execution
  • Customize Easy’s value prop to different customer segments and markets and design marketing campaigns
  • Analysis of sales channels, customers, competitors to be used for roadmap and to ensure the right focus in sales teams
  • Responsible for product price structure
  • Coordinate with sales managers to develop training sessions for the sales staff
  • Lead Easy Commercial Committee meetings and commercial initiatives linked directly to Easy
  • Continuously report progress of Easy go-to-market progress to the Commercial Management Team
  • Expect to travel within the Nordic countries at least one day per week

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working in a commercial project management role or similar
  • Degree in BSc. or MSc. degree in relevant field
  • Analytical experience
  • Experience from project management
  • Naturally takes the role as an informal leader in a wider group
  • Thrives and have good collaborative skills with a large interface across organizational differences
  • You can get your message through – you present to larger assemblies, and can resist pressure
  • A proactive and responsible approach to problem solving within its field of work
  • Motivated by achieving ambitious quantitative goals and optimization through KPIs
  • High level of English and one Nordic language – both written and spoken

On a personal side, you are customer driven, accountable and a team player. You always meet your colleagues with a positive approach, and are good at building relations across the organization.
