Problems with using own decorator files - D2
We are still working on a permanent solution for the issue regarding decorator files, please use below work around if possible, until a permanent solution has been established.
There is currently issues with using your own uploaded decorator files.
A workaround is to use this parameter
<input type="hidden" name="decorator" value="responsive"/>
Acquirer response issue on a limited number of acquieres
The fix was released Monday, and it has resolved the issues we were seeing.
A possible fix for the issue is currently undergoing testing, and we expect to be able to release it Monday
We are seeing intermittent issues with responses from iDeal, Klarna, and PayByBill at the moment, investigation is ongoing.
Problems signing in to Administration panels - D2/DT
All issues with logging in to the Administration panels have been solved. Please contact support if you are still unable to login or cannot reset your password
We expect this issue to be solved during Tuesday 14/03-2017
We are currently experiencing some issues with users having trouble signing in to their accounts. We are currently working with solving the issue and will update this page when we have more information regarding this.
Problems with using Safari browser / iFrame and 3rd part cookies - D2
This issue has now been resolved, please contact our support if you are still experiencing issues with iFrame in Safari.
We are current having issues with using the payment windows and iFrame in the Safari browser this is related to using 3rd party cookies, which by default is turned off in the Safari browser.
